Optimal Limited Liability Company was established in 2002 and is located in the village of Yukhari Nuvadi in the Lankaran region of Azerbaijan, which is known for its outstanding fruits and vegetables. In a short space of time production plant with 1000m2 was constructed and equipments for the processing of pickled, marinades, jams, compotes, pastes and etc. were installed. The company has already started processing of above mentioned products since 2002. In general the enterprise has capability to receive and process 2000 tones of cucumbers and tomato for the pickled and marinade, 1000 tone of feijoa for the compote and jam, 20 ton of canned bean and so on in a month by working in 2 shifts on the processing. We base our production on selecting these high quality row materials, and processing them at the peak of their flavor, with the result that our products maintain their delicious taste. Our production strategy includes creating production teams for each product and instituting a total quality management system that permanently guarantees that we meet the strictest hygiene and sanitary requirements.
